Get your information pack

Once you’ve made an appointment with us, our friendly reception team will send you a New Patient Information Pack. This pack includes a New Patient Information Form and a referral form for taking necessary x-rays (OPG and Lateral Ceph).

If you already had those x-rays taken recently, please bring them with you to your first appointment. They are important in helping us make the right diagnosis for you. X-rays can be taken in many radiology clinics across Melbourne and can be bulk billed.

Treatment recommendations

If orthodontic treatment is right for you, your Specialist Orthodontist will recommend the appliance they believe you’ll benefit most from. They will also create a bespoke treatment plan, which includes the duration and costs. This will be the complete cost with no hidden fees.

We will also give you information leaflets about your treatment, including dietary advice and instructions on the particular type of appliance you will be wearing.
