At Modern Orthodontics, we are always looking for ways to make treatment easier and more efficient for our patients. Now, thanks to the Dental Monitoring app, you can complete Invisalign® treatment without visiting our practice - and it’s as simple as taking a selfie!
Dental Monitoring is a cutting-edge smartphone app that allows Dr Larry Li or Dr Kyoko Hibino to track your Invisalign® treatment progress remotely. So, instead of coming to our practice for frequent check ins, you can simply send us a weekly photo through the app!
*Invisalign® aligners are a registered medical device, you should always read and follow the label as well as the instructions of your treating orthodontist.
When you start your Invisalign® treatment at Modern Orthodontics, we will use our 3D iTero Scanner to create a digital model of your smile. We can use this to compare your projected treatment progress against weekly smile selfies you send us through the Dental Monitoring app.
You will be able to communicate with us directly through the app at any time, and unless we need to make an adjustment to your treatment plan, we won’t even need to see you at our practice.
After you sign up for Invisalign® treatment during your consultation, we can get you set up with Dental Monitoring. All you need to do is:
